Channel Chaser Affiliate & Referral Partner Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations for all Channel Chaser affiliate and referral partners. It ensures that our shared customers receive consistent, accurate, and professional communication and that our brand is represented with integrity.

1. Honesty and Accuracy in Representation

Partners must represent Channel Chaser truthfully and professionally.


All product features, benefits, capabilities, integrations, and pricing must be communicated accurately. Claims that overstate or misrepresent the product are not permitted.

2. Brand Alignment and Responsible Use of Materials

When using Channel Chaser logos, messaging, or marketing assets:

  • Follow the approved brand guidelines and visual standards.

  • Do not modify or recreate assets without written permission.

  • Maintain a consistent, clean, and professional presentation of the brand.

  • Use messaging that aligns with our official descriptions and tone.

3. Ethical Business Practices

Partners are expected to adhere to ethical conduct in all business interactions, including:

  • Transparent communication with prospects

  • Fair business practices

  • Respect for customers, peers, and competitors

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Unethical activities — such as deceptive sales tactics, false claims, or attempts to manipulate commissions — are strictly prohibited.

4. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Partners must protect all customer, lead, and Channel Chaser confidential information.
This includes:

  • Complying with applicable data protection regulations

  • Using information only for legitimate purposes related to the partner programme

  • Never sharing, selling, or exposing sensitive information to third parties

  • Storing and transmitting data securely

5. Respectful Conduct and Professional Behaviour

Partners must maintain a respectful and professional approach in all interactions.


Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct of any kind is not tolerated and may result in removal from the programme.

6. Appropriate Use of Channel Chaser Resources

Access to training materials, documentation, sales guides, and tools is provided solely to support your role as an affiliate partner.
Partners must not:

  • Redistribute or publish materials externally without approval

  • Use Channel Chaser materials for unrelated commercial purposes

  • Alter training or product documents in ways that may mislead customers

7. Customer Care and Support Boundaries

Partners may assist prospects with pre-sales guidance, but must not provide technical support, custom integration advice, or unofficial product fixes.


Any customer challenges, requests, or support needs must be escalated through the appropriate Channel Chaser channels.

8. Clear Communication and Collaboration

Partners should maintain open communication with the Channel Chaser team, especially regarding:

  • Sales opportunities

  • Customer feedback

  • Observed issues or risks

  • Questions about features, messaging, or positioning

We encourage proactive communication to ensure consistent and accurate customer experiences.

9. Compliance With Programme Rules

All affiliate partners must follow the operational rules of the Channel Chaser partner programme, including guidelines related to:

  • Deal registration

  • Commissions

  • Sales processes

  • Territory or segment responsibilities

  • Reporting requirements

These rules are designed to protect both the partner and Channel Chaser, ensuring fairness and transparency.

10. Brand Reputation and Public Conduct

Partners must conduct themselves in a manner that supports and enhances the reputation of Channel Chaser.


Public statements, marketing activities, and customer interactions should reflect professionalism and accuracy.


Any activity that may harm the brand, confuse customers, or create reputational risk is prohibited.

Non-Compliance and Consequences

If a partner is found violating this Code of Conduct, Channel Chaser may take corrective action.
This may include:

  • A formal warning

  • Removal of partner privileges

  • Revocation of commissions related to misconduct

  • Suspension or termination from the partner programme

These measures ensure fairness and preserve the integrity of the programme.

By participating in the Channel Chaser Affiliate Partner Programme, partners agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and support a consistent, high-quality experience for customers and prospects.
