Beta Trial Terms

Supplements, and takes precedence over, the standard Terms of Service for the duration of your beta participation.
1. Nature of the Beta
Channel Chaser is providing you with access to features and/or the platform on an experimental, pre-release basis ("Beta"). The Beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, including as to uptime, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
2. No Service Level Commitment
We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation during the Beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Deal Sheet data and any other information you input.
3. Right to Modify or Terminate
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Beta, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
4. No Initial Term
Beta participation is not subject to the Initial Term described in Section 7 of the Terms of Service. You may withdraw from the Beta at any time by written notice to support@channel-chaser.com.
5. Conversion to a Paid Plan
Beta access does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. If we invite you to continue on a paid plan after the Beta ends, this requires your separate, explicit agreement (including selection of an Initial Term and payment details). We will not charge you without this affirmative consent.
6. Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used by us for any purpose, including product improvement, without attribution, obligation, or compensation to you.
7. Confidentiality
Beta features, functionality, and any associated roadmap or product information shared with you are confidential. You agree not to publicly disclose or share screenshots, descriptions, or details of unreleased functionality without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your Beta participation is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us for Beta access. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the Beta.
9. Relationship to Standard Terms
Except as modified above, the standard Terms of Service continue to apply to your use of Channel Chaser during the Beta.
