1. Our General Refund Policy

Channel Chaser is billed monthly, in advance. This means:

  • We don’t offer refunds for months that have already been paid for

  • We don’t issue partial refunds if you cancel in the middle of a billing period

  • Your subscription stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for

If something goes wrong on our end—like a billing mistake or a duplicate charge—we’ll put it right and issue a refund where appropriate.

2. EU/EEA Customers

If you’re an individual customer in the EU/EEA, you normally get a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services.

However, when you create an account and start using Channel Chaser right away, you agree that:

  • The service starts immediately

  • The cooling-off period ends once you start using the platform

  • After that point, payments are not refundable

If you sign up but don’t use the service during the first 14 days, you can still cancel and get a full refund.

(If you’re a business customer in the EU, the cooling-off rules don’t apply.)

3. UK Customers

If you’re a UK individual consumer, you also get a 14-day cancellation period under local consumer laws.

Just like in the EU:

  • Once you start using Channel Chaser, the cancellation period ends

  • Payments become non-refundable after service begins

UK business users don’t get statutory cooling-off rights.

4. US Customers

In the United States, digital subscriptions don’t include automatic refund rights.

So:

  • Monthly payments are non-refundable once billed

  • Cancellation stops future charges, but doesn’t refund the current month

  • We’ll fix any billing mistakes or duplicate charges

(Some US states may offer extra rights—if they apply to you, we’ll follow them.)

5. Free Trials & Promotions

If we offer a free trial:

  • You won’t be charged until the trial ends

  • If you don’t cancel before the trial expires, the paid subscription starts automatically

  • Payments made after the trial are non-refundable

  • The email you used to sign up

  • The billing date

  • What went wrong

We’ll review it and get back to you as quickly as we can.
