Things resellers and distributors typically ask us.

Do I need to pay for Channel Chaser?

No. As a partner responding to update requests, Channel Chaser is free to use. The vendor or channel manager who sends you requests holds the account. The CRM sync benefit is gifted to you by your vendor if they're on a Plus plan — at no cost to you.

What CRMs can I sync my updates to?

HubSpot is live now. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, and Dynamics are on the roadmap. If your CRM isn't listed, let us know — we're expanding integrations based on demand.

What if I have multiple vendors using Channel Chaser?

Each update request is handled separately, but your deal sheet view consolidates everything in one place. You can manage responses to multiple vendors without juggling multiple portals.

Is my data shared with anyone other than the vendor who requested it?

No. The updates you provide go only to the vendor who sent the request. Your data is not shared with other Channel Chaser users or third parties.

Why do I need to log in? Can't I just reply by email?

Authentication ensures the data is secure and verified. It protects you as well as your vendor — no one can submit updates on your behalf without your credentials. The login is always triggered by the request, so you're never expected to log in cold.
